Yes. The selected meeting date determines each city's offset using IANA time-zone rules in your browser. Nonexistent local times are rejected. Repeated local times let you choose the first or second occurrence. Keep your browser and operating system up to date.
The planner checks 15-minute start intervals on the reference city's selected date. Meetings that fit everyone's entire working period are prioritized. Otherwise, working minutes and night-time disruption are compared. Night means 22:00–07:00 outside explicitly configured work shifts.
Yes. Each city has its own working days and hours. An end earlier than the start means the shift continues into the next day. Working days refer to the day the shift begins. Public holidays, personal calendars and attendance are not checked.
The exact instant, cities, working hours, duration and clock format are included after # in the URL. Anyone with the link can read these settings. The title is kept only in the current tab, and is excluded from shared links and custom analytics events.
No. The .ics download creates one event with an exact UTC start and end. Calendar apps that support iCalendar can import it. Check the local time before inviting participants, and review recurring meetings separately when daylight saving changes.
No. Preferences are saved in your browser when storage is available. Time calculations run on your device. Google ads and optional analytics use third-party services. Analytics only loads after you allow it.
