Meeting data and storage

Time calculations run on your device. There is no application server or account database collecting meeting data. City settings, working hours, the selected instant, duration and clock format are saved in browser localStorage when available. The meeting title stays only in the current tab. Reset restores defaults; clear site data in your browser to remove stored settings and consent choices.

Shared links and calendars

Shared settings are encoded in the URL fragment after #. Fragments are not normally sent in HTTP requests, but anyone with the link and scripts running on the page can read them. Do not include sensitive information. Choosing Google Calendar sends the event title and details to Google through the calendar URL. Calendar downloads include the event title and local times.

Google advertising

The site includes Google AdSense. Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device information, cookies and other information for advertising and measurement. Manage advertising choices through the Google consent message when available. Advertising consent is separate from our optional analytics choice.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads after you allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using the footer control. Our page-view code removes queries and fragments from the page URL and does not send meeting titles or city settings as custom events. Google’s own processing and retention policies apply.

Hosting requests

The hosting server processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site. The supplied Caddy configuration does not enable a separate visitor access log. Infrastructure, error logs and hosting providers can have their own retention policies. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for Google’s data-use information.
